Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), near Fort Walton Beach, FL, is conducting a commercial solutions opening (CSO) Call, under the Finding Agile Solutions for Test (FAST) CSO FA9302-21-S-C001, authorized by section 879 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 (Pub. all items, technologies, and services shall be treated as commercial items. The Air Force Test Center intends to obtain "innovative" solutions or potential new capabilities that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, or provide potential technology advancements. Solutions may include existing technologies or procedures, not currently in use by the Air Force Test Center, that would enhance or streamline Air Force Test Center mission capabilities. "Innovative" is defined as any technology, process or method that is new as of the date of submission of a proposal.  It also includes any new application of an existing technology, process, or method. This CSO contains two broadly defined areas of interest.  A complete copy of the solicitation is available; however, offerors shall e-mail a copy of their DD2345 to the Contracting Officer and Government Program Manager if interested in obtaining a copy of the complete solicitation.  The form, instructions, and FAQs may be found at the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program website, https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/.
