DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: Two (2) Mitsubishi MV2400ST, Advance Submersible Wire Electrical Discharge Machines (EDMs) in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 22-25-1005 dated 15 November 2022. Performance period/completion 90 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Bldg. 300, U.S. Navy Yard, Kittery, Maine 03904. The complete technical data package VIBB 22-25-1005 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and
