Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM at which time they will be opened publicly and read out loud. They should be addressed to the attention of Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside “Pool Chemicals 2024.” Copies of the BID may be obtained on the Village Website, www.southorange.org. The Township of South Orange Village reserves the right to waive informalities orirregularities in the proposal received and to reject any and/or all proposals as inits judgement may best serve the interest of the Township. The Township shallhave a minimum of sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposals to either acceptor reject them.The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127. Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57, effective September 1, 2004, thesuccessful bidder shall also be required to comply with the provision of the newBusiness Registration Law.
