the provision of the AHU coil replacement and DDC control upgrade at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The Vancouver Art Gallery will project manage this project. The project includes mechanical work to replace AHU coils in various areas of the gallery and the direct digital control (DDC) upgrade. The Vancouver Art Gallery is familiar with the building, they can execute the project in an efficient matter, and will provide their project management services at no cost. The contract is valued at approximately $410,000 for 2 years with an option to renew upon written approval from the City.
