Single Phase, 15KW of Factory Installed Heator approved equal for the District 5 office trailer located at 1 38 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401. The Bard package units will serve as primary HVAC for approximately 840 square feet of office space and conference room.The Contractor shall be responsible for providing, labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete the work within the Scope of Work.It is highly recommended that all interested vendors visit the site for detailed information.
