Information for Tenderers The Town of Gibsons, hereinafter referred to as the “Town”, invites Tenders for Tender 2024-01 Gibsons Visitor Centre Accessible Deck The Town is seeking bids to construct a new accessible deck and ramp adjacent to the Gibsons Visitor Information Centre building located at 494 South Fletcher Road, including site preparation, foundations, deck structure, guard rails and landscaping. Indigenous artwork and information kiosk is to be completed by others. Project must be completed no later than March 28, 2024. Please return your Tender, in hard copy including all attachments and enclosures, in a sealed envelope marked with the Tenderer’s name, to the following specific physical location not later than 2:00:00 p.m. local time on the 5th day of February, 2024(the “Tender Closing”): Town of Gibsons 474 South Fletcher Road Gibsons, B.C. V0N 1V8 There will be a non-mandatory pre-tender meeting on January 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at 494 South Fletcher Road. All persons in attendance must bring their own personal protection equipment (i.e. steel toe footwear, safety eye glasses, hard hat, high visibility vest, etc.).
