Added:Mar 21, 2019 2:16 pmThe National Park Service (“Service”) intends to award sixteen (16) concession contracts to provide hunting guide services within Wrangell-St. Elias National Preserve (Preserve).This Prospectus describes in general terms the existing business operations and the future business opportunities for services required. Offerors should review all sections of this Prospectus and specifically, the terms and conditions of the Draft Concession Contract, CC-WRSTxxx-20 ("Draft Contract") including its exhibits, to determine the full scope of a future concessioner's responsibilities under the Draft Contract.The Service is conducting this solicitation in accordance with the National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-391), as implemented by regulations in 36 C.F.R. Part 51. The term “Concessioner” as used in this Prospectus refers to the entity that will be the concessioner under the Draft Contract. The term “Existing Concessioner” refers
to all entities currently holding a valid concession contract to provide hunting guide services within Wrangell-St. Elias National Preserve.The National Park Service will issue the Prospectus on March 21, 2019, under the terms described in the Prospectus, with proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. Alaska Time on July 1, 2019. Any proposal must be received by the Concessions Management Specialist, Alaska Regional Office, 240 W. 5th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 by the deadline date and time in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a concession contract.The Prospectus is available at the NPS website at:
