href="mailto:TapiaY@stancounty.com">TapiaY@stancounty.com Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The County of Stanislaus (County) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced organizations for the provision of Emergency Management Training on behalf of the County’s Office of Emergency Services (OES), located at 3705 Oakdale Rd., Modesto CA 95357. The Stanislaus County Office of Emergency Services (OES), in compliance with the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS), and Incident Command System (ICS), provides emergency management training to a diverse audience, including, but not limited to, emergency response personnel, government employees, disaster service workers and volunteers, non-government organizations, and private businesses. Training is provided at various levels to Boards of Supervisors, City Councils, elected officials, command and general staff, emergency managers, and emergency operations center management team members. Training may move staff toward meeting requirements of the National Qualification System (NQS) and the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Position Credentialing Program.
