Bids are requested from suppliers that are responsive, responsible, and offer the best pricing and value. OCFA will place orders for the purchase of new flags and for the pick-up of flags to be disposed of throughout the term of the contract as needed. The total number of the various flags that will be purchased is estimated at 540 annually. The number of flags requiring disposal varies, but at times may be substantial. Other Details OCFA will accept pricing only for flags manufactured in the United States of America and which are Certified Made in the USA by the Flag Manufacturers Association of America. Notes Bidder must enter the Manufacturer’s name and manufacturer’s item number for each item entered on the Line Items tab of the PlanetBids website.
