Grove City will not accept bids received after that time. The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Located within the City of Grove City, the Windsor Park elevated water storage tank is controlled through the use of an altitude valve located in a underground vault at the base of the tank. The valve has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The project shall include replacement of the altitude valve, modifications to the existing vault, and other minor modifications associated with the setting.
