Docuware Server/Software Maintenance

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase request number for this procurement is W911N2-20-Q-0047 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519.  Small business size standard is 150 employees. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. All responsible small business contractors shall provide an offer for the following and must meet the requirements to be considered.
