In accordance with (IAW) spill response operations requirements under 40 CFR Part 112 ,the S4 Environmental Department aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for one (1) shallow water response vehicle ro assist with spill response operations. The minimum salient characteristics of the shallow response vehicle shall include:- Musi have towing capabilities- Seats 2-3 persons- Ample storage- Must be compatible with a rescue sled*THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO SURVEY THE MARKET, THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES. tHE MINIMUM SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; HOWEVER, THE NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT SHALL REMAIN THE SAME.
