This is a tenant improvement remodel of the existing District Office Boardroom on 2nd floor of an existing 3 story office building. New work includes but not limited to a new dais to provide more seats for the board members and their staffs, new sound booth, new podium, new floor electrical boxes, and new emergency door. Project also includes audio visual upgrade to provide better experience during board meeting and other smaller meetings. Site work includes installing new truncated dome.
