This is a requirement for new exterior doors as indicated below.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTRD8201AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 332321 and the size standard is 750 EMP.

When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments.
For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs. prior or eailer to obtain a pass. Passes can be pickup at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center, see map attachment for location and below for request format.
Site Visit. A site visit will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 August 2018. The location is Lackland Training Annex Medina, TX, building 950. Any interested party will be required to submit a base pass request to 2d Lt Colin Bradley NLT COB 27 Aug 18.
