1 Request for Proposal Sheriff Department Network Separation Equipment Belknap County Commissioners Office 34 County Drive, Laconia, NH 03246 (603) 547-5400 2 INTRODUCTION Belknap County seeks proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing the equipment specified below for the Sheriff Department Network Separation. Proposals shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners, 34 County Drive, Laconia, New Hampshire 03246 by 2:00pm, Monday, April 3, 2023. The Proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sheriff Department Network Separation Equipment”. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30pm. NOTICE OF AWARD After receipt of proposals, the County will evaluate the proposals. A recommendation will be made to the County Commissioners for the vendor meeting the requirements at the lowest cost. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal

considered to be in the best interest of the County. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification.
