PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR BID DAS SYSTEMS CITY OF WEST DES MOINES DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, solicits interested companies to submit bids to provide DAS Systems to boost signal cellular and public safety radio strength at The MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex 6500 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa and West Des Moines Public Services 8850 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa. Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa, on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, for the following: Bid Item: DAS Systems Bidders shall submit their bids in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "Bid for DAS Systems". Requests for clarification regarding this sealed bid request must be made to the City of West Des Moines, West Des Moines ITS Department, Joe Menke at joe.menke@wdm.iowa.gov, no later than 5:00 p.m., local time, November 18, 2022. Written answers to requests for clarification will be provided to all potential proposers by 5:00 p.m., local time, November 23, 2022. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on a per unit basis and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of said City.
