The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue renewal Operating Permit AQ0886TVP03 to the JBER-Flight Line, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50. Applicant: United States Air Force 6346 Arctic Warrior Drive JBER, AK 99506-3221 Location: 11535 Slammer Ave, JBER, AK 99506 Activity: Military installation that provides non-scheduled air transportation services Application: October 29, 2020 Emissions: Potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the source will not exceed: 150.7 tons NOx, 113.8 tons CO, 43.0 tons PM, 6.0 tons SO2, and 34.5 tons VOC. ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the JBER-Flight Line. Available Information: Copies of the permit application, ADEC’s draft operating permit, and draft statement of basis are available at the following offices: ADEC Air Permits Program, 410 Willoughby Avenue, 2nd Floor, Juneau, AK 99801-1795 ADEC Air Permits

ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or state law. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the permit after the close of the public comment period. ADEC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
