Online Q&A Online Q&A No Contact Information Contact Info Mary Woitkoski mwoitkos@san.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services San Diego County Regional Airport Authority seeks proposals from experienced, qualified, and financially sound business entities to lease and operate food & beverage concessions in the new Terminal 1 facility at San Diego International Airport, slated to open in phases beginning in late 2025. Other Details The majority of concession locations at the Airport are offered as multiple location packages. This package is referred in this request for proposals (“RFP”) and elsewhere in outreach materials as “Retail Package #2.” Since it was originally introduced by the Authority, it has undergone a revision to reduce the overall square footage investment requirement. Please note carefully how the Retail Package #2 configuration has changed. In addition to this Retail Package #2, the Authority plans to issue additional food & beverage and retail package opportunities separately. Review ALL packages carefully to understand critical adjacencies. Respondents may provide proposals for as many packages as they have the resources to design, construct and operate. However, the Authority strives to promote competition and reserves the right to limit the award of packages and also reserves the right to withhold award to any Respondent.
