Mark all emails with solicitation no 692M15-23-R-00008.No other changes or updates exist.>>>>>>>>>>>>>ORIGINAL ANNOUNCEMENTThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for a food service vendor to operate a full-service cafeteria for on-site employees at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405.All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the attached SIR/request for Proposal (and attachments). It is anticipated that the Government will issue a single $0 award as a result of this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, whom is responsible, capable source to operate a full-service cafeteria, providing all necessary management, supervision, professional services, personnel, labor and material to provide quality food, wholesomely prepared, at reasonable prices with the ability to modernize cafeteria services and areas of innovation for expansions of services. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals.The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 722310. The business size standard for this NAICS is $47M.Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.A site visit is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. EST, April 9, 2024.
