Dispatch Quality Assurance ServicesFIRE2022-01Closing Date:07/05/2022 01:00:00 PM PTDetail: The City of San José (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide dispatch call review services to support the Quality Improvement Unit of the San José Fire Department’s (SJFD) Communications Center. The scope of services includes retrieval and review of emergency and non-emergency calls entered into the ProQA call processing software and other services as set forth in Attachment B, Scope of Services and Requirements. The Consultant shall be expected to evaluate the dispatchers protocol compliance based on International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) standards.
