Information Contact Info Amy Beran 909-537-5145 aberan@csusb.edu Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services California State University, San Bernardino, hereby referred to as CSUSB, are requesting the submittal of proposals from interested, experience, and qualified laundry service providers to provide laundry vending services to include equipment leases, maintenance, technology, customer service, and full disclosure of accounting information to the California State University San Bernardino (CSUSB) Department of Housing and Residential Education (DHRE). CSUSB expects to enter into a revenue sharing agreement with the selected proposer. Laundry facilities, including washers and dryers, are an integral part of the DHRE Program and are provided to meet the needs of students, staff/faculty residents, and conference guests. CSUSB provides laundry room facilities which are conveniently located, and which offer a variety of services.
