The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Ridgeland, MS intends to negotiate a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or required by statute, with L1 Enterprises, a VIP-verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business (SDVOSB) and the only authorized distributor of Heidelberg Engineering, the manufacturer of the Spectralis OCT System.
