Collection of flow measurements,groundwater, atmospheric deposition (rain), and/or soil/sediment samples may be requested in addition to routine surface water quality collection activities.The contract to be awarded for this RFP shall be for a three (3) year term with two (2) one-year renewal options. Resulting contract(s) shall be work order contracts with no minimum amount of work guaranteed.A more complete description of the technical requirements is shown in Part 5 of this
