The former industrial building will be renovated to support classrooms, offices, workshops, a police wing, and associated support spaces. The project will include all new interior layout, finishes, and MEP systems with a modified envelope consisting of new openings, finishes, and entry vestibules. The surrounding property will be modified to allow for new utilities, parking, entry points, and updated landscaping to connect to the existing campus. The project will be completed during normal business hours and is a prevailing wage job.
