This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to collect information and recommendations regarding an Identity and Access Management platform. Appalachian State University requests responses showing how your firm would address the items in the following sections of this RFI: 2.0 RFI REQUIREMENTS A. Schedule Respondents will have ten days to prepare their submissions to this RFI. Responses must be received by the date, time and the location specified on the cover sheet of this RFI. B. Summary of Objectives Information Technology Services at Appalachian State University, will develop and establish a plan to identify, implement, and manage training modules in order to address cyber security awareness and meet compliance requirements. This plan is essential for the continued strategic growth and evolution of the University’s Information Technology enterprise, our need to continually develop and deploy new services, and the agile integration of training modules in order to meet the compliance requirements and needs of tomorrow’s students and faculty. C.
