Statewide Process Service

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Child Support Services (the Agency) is seeking a process server to provide legal service of process in the counties of Adair, Adams, Allamakee, Appanoose, Audubon, Benton, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Buena Vista, Butler, Calhoun, Carroll, Cass, Cerro Gordo, Cherokee, Chickasaw, Clark, Clay, Clayton, Crawford, Davis, Decatur, Delaware, Des Moines, Dickinson, Emmet, Fayette, Floyd, Franklin, Fremont, Greene, Guthrie, Hamilton, Hancock, Harrison, Henry, Howard, Humboldt, Ida, Iowa, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Kossuth, Lee, Linn, Louisa, Lucas, Lyon, Mahaska, Mills, Mitchell, Monona, Monroe, Montgomery, O’Brien, Osceola, Page, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Pocahontas, Pottawattamie, Ringgold, Sac, Shelby, Sioux, Taylor, Union, Van Buren, Wapello, Washington, Wayne, Webster, Winnebago, Winneshiek, Worth and Wright. The Agency is also seeking a process server to provide legal service of process in the counties of Boone, Cedar, Clinton, Dallas, Dubuque, Grundy, Hardin, Jackson, Jasper, Jones, Madison, Marion, Marshall, Muscatine, Polk, Poweshiek, Scott, Story, Tama, Warren, and Woodbury. The Agency currently contracts with a private process server in these counties; however, the Agency still may ask the Contractor to attempt service in any of these counties during the term of a resulting
