Statement of WorkIndustrial use building that can be used for housing case good furniture and raw material for the Ashland, KY UNICOR factory. The building must be within 30 miles of the Federal Correctional Institution located a 1 Federal Way, Ashland KY 41105.The provider must include trash, electrical and gas (if required) service. The space must be secured and weatherproof to meet the minimum requirements below. Minimum RequirementsA minimum of 33K – 37K Sq. ft. if at least a 12’ clear high ceiling. This includes both inside and outside square footage with inside square footage estimated at 25K and 8k to 12k of outside square footage.Square footage to be increased the lower the ceiling is due to the loss of vertical space.
