All bids will be read aloud via conference call (317) 247-3300 Conference ID: 11000 at 2:00 o’clock PM. Any bid received after the designated time, for any reason, will not be read. The Fort Wayne Air National Guard Security Squadron is seeking bids from interested companies providing security guard services for the Fort Wayne Air National Guard Security Forces Squadron. Security Guard Responsibilities (NOT an

all-inclusive list): • Report and log all events and incidents during shift on AF Form 53 • Perform patrols and perimeter checks • Perform ID checks at established Entry Control Points and report/refuse entry when necessary • Meet and deal courteously, diligently, and effectively with the public • Maintain communication thru contract site lead and Security Forces Leadership to Provost Marshal and contracting office • Meet requirements of the Lautenberg Amendment Security Guard Requirements (NOT an all-inclusive list): • Possess valid State driver’s license • Pass annual Physical Agility Test • Possess Indiana Handgun license to carry • Complete firearms training/instruction by a certified instructor • Complete Use of Force, Less Lethal, and legal training requirements • Maintain healthy lifestyle and high level of physical fitness and pass an annual medical physical • Must be a US Citizen and speak English clearly and distinctly • Comply with all requirements set forth under INDIANA CODE § 25-30 Contractors interested in bidding and/or reviewing the full scope of work may obtain an electronic copy in PDF form from MSgt Calvin Mayotte, (260) 478-3129, or calvin.mayotte@us.af.mil .
