Purpose of RFP . The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified Supplier to obtain legal advice and related services with respect to various health care compliance matters involving hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers on behalf of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as “University.” The companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP are referred to herein as “Supplier” or “Vendor.” The University is examining several alternatives of providing this service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. *PLEASE NOTE* - There is another RFP posted for Health Care Transactional Counsel (UU182768439).
