Other Details It is important to note that the services do NOT include Parking Enforcement Services, as the City shall contract separately for those services. Proposer’s Minimum Requirements: A. Experience: Proposer must demonstrate at least five (5) years proven experience providing Parking Citation Management Services (PCMS) as its primary business, or as a major component of its business operations. B. Knowledge: The Proposer must have knowledge of Parking Citation Management services with respect to what is stated in Section 4 - Scope C. Business License: The selected firm will be required to be licensed in accordance with the City of Palm Springs Business License Ordinance, Municipal Code Chapter 3.40 through 3.96, entitled “Business Tax”.
