The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) intends to select qualified environmental teams to prepare Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III environmental assessments, remedial action plans, hazardous building material assessments, cleanup planning, cleanup oversight, as well as to provide related services on an on-call basis.
