This Request for Proposals is published to solicit proposals for the development and operation of a Behavioral Health Crisis Treatment Center or a Mobile Crisis Response Team and apartments for the provision of crisis treatment services to minors (from birth through age seventeen (17)) and/or adults in areas of the State that are currently underserved for such services.
