Scope of Services
The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested
in providing pier and boardwalk safety services. The objective of this Request for Proposal
(“RFP”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over
the course of a proposed five (5) year contract term.
Other Details
The City is not responsible for and accepts no liability in the event a response is late due to any network, internet, or any other technical problem or interruption. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure that their Proposal is received before the stated deadline.
