Market Study Analysis Services

Purpose/Background
The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to provide market study analysis services to be submitted as part of Colorado Housing and Finance Authority’s (CHFA) Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application process. The selected firm will be responsible for providing both preliminary and final market studies for two future affordable housing project sites in Boulder County, Colorado: Willoughby Corner neighborhood in Lafayette, Colorado and a Transit Oriented Development (TOD). The firm will be retained to provide market study services for other future BCHA projects.
