This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number for this acquisition is IHS1415646. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09, effective October 26, 2020.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611430.The Contract Line Items (CLINs) and pricing structure are as shown below:CLIN 1 COVID-19 Contact Tracing TrainingThe Contractor shall provide all training materials, technical assistance and virtual training sessions using the CommCare Software System in accordance with the Scope of Work.Place of Performance:

MST, November 18, 2020: QuoteTechnical proposalPast Performance ReferenceFax submissions are not authorized. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition and the following addendum applies.The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents best value.
