Budget System Replacement

The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, Budget Office is seeking a replacement budget system. Please review all attachments as it relates to questions and answers, in addition to submission requirements.Please see below for updates to this solicitation.1) AmendmentThe purpose of this amendment is to:Amend Section C.2.2.6 to "The Contractor shall provide a minimum of five (5) Administrator software licenses and thirty (30) user licenses."2) AmendmentExtend the closing date for the receipt of proposals to Noon EDT on October 6, 2021, and amend Section L.3 to "The Technical and Price and Administrative Proposals must be received at the Office of the Sergeant at Arms via email to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov to the attention of Curtis Inabinet by Noon EDT on October 6, 2021."Amendment 21) Technical and Administrative questions in accordance with Solicitation Section L.2  have been posted for this solicitation.2) Amend Section L.7.2.1 and L.2.2.1 (c) to remove "Section B.6" to state "Attachment B - Budget System Replacement Pricing Table."3) Amend "Attachment B - Budget System Replacement Pricing Table" to remove "Maintenance and Support, IAW C.4.6" and replace it with "Maintenance and Support, IAW C.2.7.2 for option years 1-4.4) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 3) Amendment 1) Amend Section C.2.3.2 to state "At a minimum, the Cloud environment must be certified FedRAMP-Low or higher."2) All other terms and condition remain
