Solicitation Description: The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for renovation of the 6 th floor of the Waco Police Tower. The project generally consists of but is not limited to all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to provide new office spaces, conference space, workspace, corridor and elevator lobby improvements, and restroom renovations on the 6 th floor of the Waco Police Tower per plans and specifications.
