The renovated building and new addition will house dedicated bays for each trade group, locker rooms, support spaces, and workspaces. The intended construction period for this project is December 2024 through July 2025. Other Details Alternate construction methods that include fast track and offsite construction are encouraged by the District and other cost saving approaches will also be considered. Notes Special Notices The District will provide insurance coverage through SEWUP, an Owner Controlled Insurance Program, or OCIP. Details will be included with the bid documents.
