GENERAL DESCIPTION: The intent of this Bid call is to invite and receive bids to furnish all labour, materials, services, transportation, and incidentals for the supply and delivery of replacement HP Laptops and Desktops and related peripherals as listed in this RFT. The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the “City”) intends to retire outdated computers that are five years or older and update the City’s computer fleet to meet the City’s ongoing computing needs and operational requirements. All items listed in Schedule IA must be new (not reconditioned or refurbished) genuine products with valid warranty from the manufacturer of the item. To be successful, the Bidder must be an authorized HP partner or reseller in good standing. The Contract
will be for a first term of one (1) year with two (2) optional extensions of two (2) years each based on the same terms and conditions and upon mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and City and contingent upon a sufficient budget and/or Council approval if applicable. The City reserves the right to purchase other models (Dell, Lenovo, Panasonic, etc.) throughout the contract, either from the successful Bidder or from open market as decided by the City in its sole discretion OBTAINING THE DOCUMENT: ONLINE: Bid packages are available to be downloaded from www.biddingo.com/burlington.
