This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement is currently for 1 individual housing/hotel/condo/apartment unit with the potential to expand to 02 units depending on personnel needs to support mission needs. 2. Minimum Requirements per Member: furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom single occupancy to include kitchen facilities (stove/oven, fridge/freezer, sink/dishwasher, microwave, plates/pots/pans/silverware), washer/dryer and/or access to laundry facilities, and parking for a minimum of 01 vehicle. Located within reasonable commuting distance (30-50 miles) of USCG Sector Anchorage in Anchorage, AK. 3.
