NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACTThe 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Street Smarts, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), IAW 15 USC 638(r)(4)(B), issues, without further justification, Phase III awards relating to technology, including sole source awards, to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) award recipient that developed the technology. The 90th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a commodity that includes a Virual Reality Simulator.NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE the intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 611699, the Size Standard does not apply with an SBIR award.REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 effective 13
