Duration of Contract and Extension Options It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded April 2024. It is the City’s intention to enter into a contract with one or more legal entities. For the supply of all the labour, material, equipment, and supervision required to provide directional drilling services for the City, on an “as and when required” basis for a one (1) year period, commencing upon award of contract. Without limiting any other termination rights, the contract may be extended for one (1) additional one-year periods upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Contractor must have performed satisfactorily as determined solely by the City; iii. The services are still required; iv. The services are still required to be outsourced; and v. Budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote the work if there are substantive changes to the scope of work. 5.
