Solicitation Description: This Request for Applications (RFA) is for the Veterans Workforce Outreach Initiative. The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking applications from Eligible Applicants to:• outreach those Hard-to-Serve Veterans who are not currently being served through Workforce Solutions Offices;• address significant barriers to employment faced by Hard-to-Serve Veterans;• reintegrate Hard-to-Serve Veterans into meaningful employment; and• support Hard-to-Serve Veterans in retaining employment.Services provided under this RFA are intended to complement the employment services offered throughout the state’s Workforce Solutions Offices system and through various statewide initiatives.
