TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INTERNET SERVICESThe Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center (THC), Tohatchi, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Navajo Communications Co., Inc dba Frontier Communications Corporation, Unique Entity ID J7V4QPJMCFR5, for Telecommunications and Internet services for Tohatchi Health Center, Tohatchi, New Mexico.  Award will be for a base period of 12 months with up to 1 option period of 12 months each for a total period of performance of 2 years, if all option periods were exercised.In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Navajo Communications Co., Inc dba Frontier Communications Corporation, is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Telecommunications and Internet services, to ensure there is no interruption in services that could have a negative impact on direct patient care.This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.   Any potential sources other than Navajo Communications Co., Inc dba Frontier Communications Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Geralene Clark, Purchasing Agent, at Geralene.Clark@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MDT on May 04, 2022.Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.   Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
