Request for Information (RFI): The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio, Office of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Internal and Emergency Acquisition Division (IEAD) is considering the use of a Third Party Logistics (3PL) provider in support of export operations to support overseas customers who had previously been serviced by GSA and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) distribution centers.
