PRE-SOLICITATION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), Buffalo, NY has a one-time requirement for the procurement of customized vending machine equipment in support of VR&E Services. This will be an Unrestricted Solicitation with no Set-Asides used.
