Strategic Systems Program (SSP) intends to procure and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N00030-19-G-0038 to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), Pittsfield, MA for the following effort:The contractor shall provide Integrated Learning Environment (ILE) compliant training materials for Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWSr) formal training. In support of these activities, the contractor shall perform conversion of existing NWSr courses to ILE training materials IAW SSP OD 60803 and NAVEDTRA 136..All efforts shall be performed in accordance with the T9001B checklist dated May 21, 2018, Fire Control Type, Operational Support Column, incorporated as part of the Basic Ordering Agreement.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
