Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source For Honeywell Vindicator

This is not a solicitation. Any request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Vindicator Technologies, Inc. for the purchase and installation of Honeywell Vindicator IDS equipment IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and "Other than Full and Open Competition" as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 29 September 2023. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The deadline for submitting the aforementioned information/documents is 22 September 2023 at 14:00 pm Alaska Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
