Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to ThunderCat Technology:The Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), located at 1000 Independence Ave, S.W., Washington, DC 20585 intends to issue a subscription on a sole source basis with ThunderCat Technology. The contractor shall provide access to a digital communications platform helping Government inform and engage over 150 million citizens to action via e-mail, text messaging, and social media. The award will be a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) subscription contract to ThunderCat Technology. Using the services provided by ThunderCat Technology will allow OSDBU to access unique and specific small business category designations that are pre-loaded into the software which will in effect maximize OSDBU’s performance and increase outreach
