Maintain the existing HVAC ductwork and replace only wetted insulation. Add HVAC fault detection and diagnostics when replacing controls to include added temperature monitoring. Replace all wet piping and restore to a comparable system with freeze protection. Make only minor repairs to select features of the fire alarm and mass notification system as directed. Demolish 14 existing jet fuel pumps located in inside various classrooms and install a new fuel pump by existing outside fuel
